One of these guys is Bambi, and the other is Rickey. The deer comes into the house every morning for cracked corn and a brushing. I even taught her to ‘give me her paw’ - or hoof.

                                                                        OUR GREEN CAMPAIGN

We at pgaprogolfer support The Childrens Village as a worthy cause. Please make a donation on our behalf. The same goes for Operation Smile, and the ASPCA

We, at pgaprogolfer.com, believe that our environment and our future go hand in hand. Our trees are being cut down at an alarming rate. I know that we need houses and paper, but not many are planting trees, so we have started this campaign and have undertaken a big responsibility as adults for our children and our future.

As a responsible parent, my son asked me why a man was cutting a beautiful tree down and I told him that Con Edison needed to take the limbs away from the power lines so we could have electricity. He asked me why it was cut all the way down to the ground and I replied that I had no idea they would be so foolish as to do that.

Also, we will be taking pictures of every tree planted. There will be DOT licensing to federally insure that these tree will never be cut or bothered so future generations may enjoy their beauty.

Rickey and I will be doing most of the planting ourselves and intend to place as many as possible in full view of existing ‘web cams’, so you may view its authenticity and its actual growth on your computer. The first site we have planned is to be by the north Yonkers  border at Jackson Avenues... in New York, that is. It is right between The Grassy Sprain Golf Course and  the Saint Andrews golf course. They are really only a few hundred yards apart. I know, because I live at the other end of Grassy Sprain Road.  Our next choice will probably be at Dunwoodie in Yonkers, New York.

Unfortunately, there is a delay in the tree planting.... Blame Bush.
